Sales Team Leader

Andrew is Team Leader of Sales as well as managing a number of our key clients. He is passionate about putting the customer first and exceeding their expectations – he strives to foster an environment within the team where excellent customer service is expected and celebrated. He has a background in advertising as well as valuable experience in estimating and IT, and is very knowledgeable in print processes. Andrew relishes time with his three children, is an avid music fan, and is happiest on any Cornish beach.

EMMA NUNNINGTON

Book Specialist

Emma joined Northend in 1999. She has a BA Honours in Graphic Design from Chelsea School of Art. Emma is Northend's Book Specialist, recognised and respected by the printing and book trade. With Emma’s vast experience and attention to detail in this field, Northend hope to continue to provide truly outstanding projects for many years to come. Away from work, Emma is very involved in family life and she can regularly be seen pitch-side watching her two boys and husband play football. Emma also enjoys family dog-walks in the beautiful Peak District.

BARRY VINCENT

Account Manager

Barry has a degree in Three Dimensional (product) Design and has been a freelance designer and illustrator. Joining Northend in the year 2000, he has retained the designer’s eye for detail and has a real passion for meeting and exceeding client expectations. He draws on a wealth of knowledge built up over the years, and has worked with many of his clients for longer than anyone is willing to admit. Barry’s interests away from work include listening to music, concert-going and walking in the Peak District

RICHARD TAYLOR

Account Manager

Previously working in the retail world, firstly in fashion and then the motor industry, Richard has spent the last two years learning the ropes around all printing processes. He has an interest in management and human resources and believes the key to any business is customer service and quality. Richard enjoys playing and watching football, cycling and pilates.

RICHARD WORTH

Account Manager

After training and working in graphic design for many years, Richard realised his passion lay in selling print rather than designing it, and so has a wealth of knowledge. Richard joined Northend facing a fresh challenge, bringing over 40 years’ experience with him and a strong reputation for care and attention to detail, a highly professional approach and outstanding customer service. A strong follower of Formula 1, Richard also has a keen interest in photography and likes nothing more than to spend his spare time in Whitby.

NIGEL HOLMES

Account Manager

Nigel joined Northend in 2010, bringing with him a wealth of print and client service experience. He has worked in the printing industry for many years in client service-related roles. Nigel has a wealth of knowledge in all areas of print including our online portal where he is very involved in the development of online solutions. Outside work Nigel is a musician and runner, allowing him to stay fit for the purpose of parenting two lively daughters.
